Policies

 


RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICIES:

  1. Contact The Gear Outpost by email at thegearoutpost@gmail.com for Return Authorization Code. No refund or exchange will be accepted without the Return Authorization Code (RCA).
  2. For all returns and exchanges, the merchandise must be in the original plastic wrap in its original condition. No damaged items. No cigarette smoke odor.
  3. All items must be returned within seven (7) days of USPS delivery.
  4. If returns are approved after the seven (7) days, a store credit for the amount of the returned items (less the shipping and handling) will be issued.
  5. The customer reserves the right to return the goods or receive an exchange when any manufacturer defects or blemishes are found on the product.
  6. If an item is refused at the delivery address, we will have the item shipped back to us and charge any incurred charges to the purchaser's credit card. 
    Refund will be processed less shipping, and handling   An email will be issued when the refund has been processed.
  7. Shipping fees, taxes are not refundable.
  8. For your security, please return your item via USPS Ground (for tracking purposes) and keep your receipt. 
  9. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  10. There is a 20% restock fee per item on returns.
  11. You will be notified via email when your refund has been processed.
  12. We sell through multiple channels and occasionally we may run out of an item before we can remove a listing.  If an item is out of stock, or back-ordered, we let you know immediately,  we will then refund your purchase, or substitute for another item per your request.  If we fail to receive a response within 3 days of notification that an item is out of stock, we may substitute for a similar item, color or style.

 

ORDERING / SHIPPING POLICIES:

  1. TheGearOutpost.com's shipping goal is to ship your order within 48 hours from the time your order is processed.

  2. Our policy is to notify you via email when your item (s) ships along with the appropriate tracking numbers.

  3. On occasion, some of our products maybe out of stock, or back-ordered this may delay shipping by 7 - 10 days.
     In those instances, you will be notified via email of the delay.

  4. If you would like to pay by a check or money order make it out to The Gear Outpost.  Please email  your order with the check/money order number. (orders held until funds clear)

  5. The Gear Outpost will ship by USPS Priory mail.

    USPS POLICIES

    1. Undeliverable to any P.O. Box  
    2. Does not deliver on major holidays. Please calculate your receipt date accordingly.

      •  2~3 business days Monday - Saturday (excludes Holidays and Sundays)

PAYMENT TERMS:

  1. Payments are made through PayPal, We accept VISA, Discover, AMEX and MasterCard credit cards through PayPal.
  2. Checks/Money Orders and Cashier Checks (order is held until funds clear).

FEES AND PAYMENT:

  1. The customer will incur a $10 UPS C.O.D charge per box for any orders paid by a cashier's check or money order.
  2. The customer will incur a corresponding Reshipment Charge for any returned package that is to be reshipped.


PRICING:

  1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to sales, promotions, special events, and special circumstances.
  2. Sales, specials, discounts, or other types of pricing may expire at any time without prior notice.
